- Financial Services regulatory compliance
(Insurance, Mutual Funds, Pension Funds, NBFCs) - PMLA / AML / Financial Crime Compliance
- Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) / Privacy

You will work closely with the Principal (Head of our Firm) across a variety of client mandates. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to partnership in the medium term, subject to performance.

Who You Are:
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience
- A genuine subject-matter professional, confident with your regulations; strong domain expertise in one or more areas mentioned above
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills concentrated on compliance, regulations, governance and risk management
- Excellent in drafting and writing professional documents; conducting research
- Passionate about client success
- You are driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial
- Able to work independently / require minimal supervision, deliver high-quality outcomes, and manage timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory Support (Core Priority)

- Assist in a range of client compliance, governance and regulatory matters including developing and reviewing compliance frameworks, policies, and controls
- Draft regulatory notes, process documents, and reports for client engagements
- Review and analyse a range of compliance and regulatory matters and work towards solutions
- Prepare concise briefs, discussion notes, and slide decks on thematic regulatory matters
- Deliver training and awareness programmes
- Research & Documentation

- Track regulatory updates across key regulators
- Analyse regulatory changs, impact analysis, change implantation plans, and execution
- Develop training materials, compliance toolkits, and templates
- Content & Communication

- Lead preparation of client newsletters, notes, regulatory updates
- Collaborate on blogs and presentations
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional standards in all written content
- Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with the Principal and team on ongoing projects and initiatives
- Lead in building knowledge repositories, templates, and research databases
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Company Secretary (CS) and LL.B
- Knowledge of or experience working in regulatory frameworks in at least one of the following: Insurance, Mutual Funds, Pension Funds, NBFCs
- Experience implementing or monitoring regulatory requirements, dealing with various compliance and regulatory matters
Key Competencies
- Broad understanding of financial services regulatory landscape
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay updated with changes in regulations and industry standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact confidently with a range of stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with MS Office and everyday tech tools
